Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during high volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer Free Shipping for orders over $100 to New Zealand.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Calmere Lighting is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, we do our best to minimize these issues for our customers in New Zealand.
Damages and Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
